keep showing error when creating workspace

Dont know why I cant create a workspace. Everytime when i try to create a workspace, it shows "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support."

The error persists even if I changed my workspace name, 3 times already, please help

PS: not sure if this is related, but I created a bitbucket account via google API. It's a free account. I am not an IT person and this is my first time using this website, i really have no idea what is Bitbucket Support Entitlement Number (SEN) or Entitlement Number (EN), so I'm seeking for help here

Hi @Kokonoeyuki 

I can see you've got a workspace which was created 3 days ago - may I know if you are still encountering issues? Typically the error is caused because the workspaceID is already taken, or because of an internal incident affecting workspace creation.

  • Please try in different browser and incognito mode.
  • Disable browser extensions.
  • Change the network, try vpn connection temporarily.
