jira cloud create branch development feature is missing when switched to cloud

Hello community - So we have switched to the cloud jira and all of sudden I have noticed some of the features are different. My main concern is though - we had create feature development branch which was hookup to our stash repo and every time our developers create user story or task they will also create branch off of the master branch that was set up and not I don't see that feature. Where can I find that create branch development feature ?
