Hi there,

I have issues about creating a new workspace and accessing workspace.

I have followed the this doc to create a new workspace for my organisation.

I abled to create the new workspace but I can not access it.(I have the Org Admin role.


Any support would be great!

Hey @Serhat Topkaya ,

and welcome to the Community!

After the workspace is created, you need to assign roles users/user groups so they have access to the workspace.

In this case, could you please confirm if you have assigned your user Product Admin permissions in that bitbucket workspace? 

If not, I'd recommend following the steps outlined in the below documentation to add yourself as a Product Admin:

• Make someone a Product Admin | Atlassian Administration

Once that is completed, you can try accessing the workspace again and let us know if it works.
