infinite redirect when login in

When I log-in authentication successfully happens then it goes "OpenID transaction in process" page and keep looping around that.

url is stuck at "https://bitbucket.org/socialauth/login/atlassianid/?next=%2F"

I'm using a Macbook pro with macOS 10.13.5 and I also tried cleaning cache and cookies, tried with safari , opera , chrome.

  1. To which service are you trying to log in?
  2. Are you having the same result after trying different browsers and the incognito mode?
  3. Have you tried a different network? Does the issue persist?
  4. Can you send us a screenshot?

1. I'm trying to login to my Bitbucket repo 

2. Yes the same result 

3. Yes I've tried with Wifi as well as mobile data hotspot

4. Yes below I've attached the screen where it stuck at redirecting

I'm experiencing the exact same issue. Tried in incognito mode and in Chrome on my phone, same result. Is there a resolution for this?

Same issue here. I am on linux, i tried on chromium, chrome, firefox and incognito mode. Same question : Is there a resolution for this?

I had to contact support and they fixed it. Here's a snippet of the response I received:

"Since May 2017, team accounts lost the ability to be logged in and, in order to manage those now, it is necessary to have a personal account with admin access to it.

In this case, in order to grant you back access to this team account, we have invalidate the email address linked to the team account (***@***.com), so you can access it through your primary email ***@***.com. Just pointing out, using that email you have admin access to the team account.

Please try to access the team account and let us know how it goes."
