i lost my phone and now unable to do 2FA its 24 hr already over still no any email from bitbucket

I have accidentally reset my phone and thus, lost 2FA present on my device. I'm unable to recollect where I might have stored the recovery keys thus, that too, is not available.

again and again im getting 
Two-step verification screen i did recovery request also and waited for 24hr but still no mail for one-time login to provide access to my account.

Welcome to the community...

I understand that you might already have triggered the recovery Email to reset the 2FA for the Bitbucket account and have not yet received it.

  • I have reviewed the internal logs, and we can see that your account has been sent a Bitbucket Cloud 2FA email after waiting 24 hours on 2025-10-01.
    Please note : the recovery link will expire in 24 hours

I also force-triggered another recovery Email two hours ago to help reset 2FA on BitBucket. Do let me know if you have received it.

  • Also check the Junk/Spam filter in case the email has been filtered into these sections.
    Sender: notifications-noreply@bitbucket.org
    Subject: [Bitbucket] Recovery request ready
