MFA authentication is enabled and I am not receiving any OTP, and in google authenticator app , bitbucket is not added, so how to resolve this ?

We checked your BitBucket and Atlassian accounts, as well as our email logs, and can see that the MFA is not enabled and that the OTP verification is not triggered.

May we know if you still have issues with your account?
