In the current migration I cannot see what organisation (if any) the bitbucket workspace is connected to and from the Atlassian side the bitbucket account does not appear.

However, when I try to link it, I can select the bitbucket workspace but the "Next" button to link it is permanently greyed out which suggests it is already linked.

Hi @Steve McCartney

Welcome to the community.

If a workspace is already linked to an organization, what you can do is to go to your workspace settings > Click Workspace permissions.

Then click one of the groups there and that will redirect you to the organization linked to the Bitbucket Cloud workspace.

Hi @Adrian

Could you try to check this from your Atlassian admin portal instead? It seems that your workspace is only linked but not managed by your organization.

You can check that by following the steps below:

Hi Mark,

The issue I am facing is there there are new guidelines from Atlassian that bitbucket accounts must be within an organization. I have two organizations and 3 bitbucket workspaces (different companies), however I can only see 2 of the bitbucket workspaces from Admin  -> Apps -> Apps -> Link Bitbucket, the third one is missing.

There is a small note on the page that says "Some workspaces may already be linked to an organization" So I was trying to determine which organization that bitbucket was linked to.

The unlinkable bitbucket is bitbucket.org/bid13

Thanks!
