how do I access a corporate team members private repo?

I signed up for Bitbucket cloud and created a team and a couple repos.  I also added a couple users using my company email domain.  They have since contributed to those repos and that works fine.  

However, some corporate users have created private repos and it seems I cannot access them.  Is this expected behavior?  

What I would like is 1) disable private repos for all corporate users and require team repos only or 2) find a way to allow me to see all repos for all corporate users.  

Is what I'm asking possible?

Hi Robert!

Do you mean that some users are creating private repos in their individual accounts? In that case, this is expected behavior and you won't be able to access those repositories unless they grant you access. You won't be able to disable private repos or prevent that as every user is the owner of their own account, which means they have maximum privileges over it.
