git push / pull / clone do not work anymore for bitbucket on mac with os catalina

Today I am not able to fetch or pull to or from bitbucket 

I have two macs in the same network - on the older one / osx 10.14.6 everything work like before. 

On the newer one osx 10.15.3 I get always timeouts  - Following the troubleshoot issues https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/troubleshoot-ssh-issues-271943403.html

The connection with github works. 

The only thing changed from yesterday to today is my external ip-Address.

Could anybody give me a hint how to figure out what's wrong?
