git clone stucks when "cloning into"

All projects (public and private) stucks on "Cloning into" when cloning from vps.

But everything ok when cloning from local machine.

How to clone project, what can I do wrong?

Ping to bitbucket.org is ok.

Both git versions is 2.7.4.

Both on ubuntu 16.04.

With github no problems, only bitbucket has problem.

VPS in Russia, bitbucket blocked in Russia.
