fatal: remote error: CAPTCHA required
Your Bitbucket account has been locked. To unlock it and log in again you must
solve a CAPTCHA. This is typically caused by too many attempts to login with an
incorrect password. The account lock prevents your SCM client from accessing
Bitbucket and its mirrors until it is solved, even if you enter your password
correctly.
If you are currently logged in to Bitbucket via a browser you may need to
logout and then log back in in order to solve the CAPTCHA.
Visit Bitbucket at https://bitbucket.juspay.net for more details.
But not getting captcha while login
It seems you are encountering the following error on the console, but the CAPTCHA does not appear when you attempt to log in via the UI.
This is likely because you are using SSO to log into Bitbucket through the UI, in which case the CAPTCHA clear page will not be displayed. If you attempt to log in using your username and password in the Bitbucket UI, and the account is locked due to failed attempts, you should see the page to clear CAPTCHA.
If SSO is the only authentication method available through the UI, you can request a Bitbucket sysadmin to clear the CAPTCHA from your user profile. If you are a sysadmin, you can clear your own CAPTCHA. To do this, navigate to Settings > Users, search for the affected username, and click on the "clear CAPTCHA" button.

Hi Aman, Could you please suggest Bitbucket sysadmin POC , as I am facing below mentioned issue and SSO is the only authentication method available through the UI.
Getting below error :

Unfortunately, because Bitbucket Data Center is hosted on-premises in the customer's network, Atlassian does not have visibility into any parts of the Bitbucket instance, including admin or sysadmin permissions and other settings.
You'll need to coordinate within your network to locate that information.

Aman
