devops bitbucket oauth failing so all the existing pipelines are failing "Could not complete OAuth Authorization" errors

We experienced an incident over the past few hours which affected OAuth authentication, this has since been resolved:

Other auth issues happening at the same time? API Key Not working properly Website login seems fine. Status page says everything is up.
