The password on an AD service account that logs into bitbucket was recently changed and now it is constantly getting a captcha lock.

When we look in the audit files as suggested from here, https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserverkb/how-to-configure-captcha-in-bitbucket-server-779171704.html, under BITBUCKET_HOME/log/audit, we do not see any authentication failure events for the account in question.

Even when we turn auditing to 'Full', we still do not see authentication failures.

Our domain controllers are not logging bad password attempts for this account since its authenticating with a password too recent in its password history.

Is there any other way you can suggest to find where the authentication failures are coming from?
