Is is possible to cancel pull request if the target branch is, say, RELEASE and source branch is not DEVELOPMENT or TESTING. I am trying to use a pre-receive hook but not able to get 'inline script' syntax. Is there a way to use PullRequestOpenRequestedEvent Event Handler or pre receive hook to perform this?
