can not login bitbuket

Hello, I just created a new account, but I'm unable to create my own workspace. The following message is displayed:

Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening,

Hey @leifang 

Welcome to Community...

To create a Bitbucket workspace, I would suggest you follow the approach below:

  • Navigate to admin.atlassian.com
  • Select your organization and go to Apps in the top navigation bar.
  • Click Add App and select Bitbucket
  • More details on the page : create-your-workspace

This should help create a workspace in BitBucket.

Welcome to the community!

Please try these steps:

  • Different web browser or incognito windows
  • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • It is always good to quickly check the Atlassian status page to see if there is an ongoing incident.

If problem persists, please create a support ticket with the error code.
