https://bitbucket.status.atlassian.com/ shows All Systems Operational.

I tried to report the bug but the form won't proceed after putting my workspace URL and getting the green checkmark.

Hi @Julia Casado

Most likely there is an incident, not currently shown on the statuspage. I would assume, if they do not resolve it in the next hour, they will post an update there. Keep watching the page.

This should be solved once the incident is mitigated, but if want more details, please reach out to support here and they can further help : https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

Hello @Julia Casado .

Welcome to Community :)

I understand that you are experiencing issues with accessing Bitbucket Cloud.

there are  404 errors related to Mozilla.

issue is already reported. Could you try using a different browser/upgrading the current one?

As a workaround, can you try version 147.0 of Firefox or other browsers

Thank You,

Prachi

It is specifically Firefox on Linux. Using a user agent switcher extension to impersonate Firefox on Windows makes bitbucket work again. The problem is reproducible via

curl 'https://bitbucket.org/' -H 'User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:146.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/146.0'

Looks like BitBucket is explicitly blocking Firefox on Linux for some reason.
