If the automatic payment via credit had failed and your workspace was downgraded to the Free plan, you'd need to upgrade the billing plan after changing the credit card and completing the payment.
I see that you reached out to our billing and licensing team yesterday and your workspace is now back to a paid billing plan. Can you please confirm if the issue is resolved?
