admin権限のアカウントがログイン不可の場合のadmin権限の移譲について

掲題の通りですが、admin権限を持っているアカウントがadmin権限の委譲をせずにプロジェクトを離れてしまったため、ログインができなくなってしまいました。

そのadmin権限のユーザーアカウントは生きているもののアカウントにログインしてたメンバーがすでにいないためログインができなくなっております。

その結果、既存のメンバーへのadmin権限の移譲ができなくなっています。

こういった場合に、admin権限の移譲は可能でしょうか

Welcome to the community!

We cannot transfer permission between accounts without an admin request. I suggest trying to regain access to the previous admin email to access the Bitbucket workspace, then transferring the access to someone else.

Currently, I can't log in using the previous administrator's email address.

Is it possible to transfer permissions without requesting an administrator?
