You Have more user than your licence allows.

Hi,

We encounter issue with our license. The error messages said We have more users than our license.

But right now, we only have 7 users used bitbucket and our license is for 10 users. We not yet pass our licenses limit.

Go to admin -> users, where you will find you have more than 10 users, then disable the ones you don't want to have access.
