Workspace setup in progress for endless duration

Hello,

The banner "Workspace setup in progress. Groups and users may not be fully available for multiple hours" has been up for almost 2 days.

I tried clearing the cache and another browser, still no progress.

May I know where you're seeing the banner present? Is it in the UI?

Have you clicked your avatar in the top-right and selected the All Workspaces option to see your list of workspaces? I can see there's a workspace there created on 01/07/2026.

Yes I see the banner in the top bar. I have no Avatar in the top right, so no where to see that "All Workspaces".

I tried with a private session in Chrome and Firefox, login into my google.com account, still seeing the banner "Workspace setup in progress. Groups and users may not be fully available for multiple hours. This banner will disappear once the process completes, upon page refresh. Refresh page"

But no way to create a repository

If I refresh the page, I still get the
