I have a bitbucket workspace that has a git repository that is actively being used. I have pushed and pulled just yesterday.
Why would this be affected by cleanup? This is the message I received in my email.

I also do not see any reactivate workspace button in all workspaces.
Hey @Frank Lloyd Teh
We've reactivated the workspace. Let us know if you're still unable to access it.
Hi,
Negative, I still don't see the workspace in https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces
Doing a git pull still produces an error on the project - "could not read from the remote repository"

Just an update. I decided to try to just recreate the workspace with the same name. It first gave me an error page. Then when i went back to the list of workspace, it now displays the "you have deactivated workspaces". I reactivated it and it worked.
Note that while the workspace has been restored. I still don't understand how an actively used repository got deactivated.

Hopefully the Atlassian team resolves the workspace issue quickly. Meanwhile, I’ll keep monitoring updates and continue using cineby app to stay productive without interruptions.

Hey @Frank Lloyd Teh ,
I've asked someone from the forum support team to take a look at this. I know there are some issues with manual reactivation of workspaces, so the Atlassian team needs to jump in.
As for why this active workspace was deleted, they should be able to check that too.
Cheers,
Tobi

My team is facing the same issue. My workspaces and repositories are suddenly not visible overnight.
Please help reinstate the project. I can share more information to the team who might be looking into the issue. A support ticket has been created as well.

I'm guessing you guys are on Bitbucket free plan. 👀

Already did that yesterday itself. This is impacting our business. Appreciate your response. It will be great help if the workspace is restored.
But since my workspace is not visible I have logged the request under another workspace that I own. Please advise how to go about it.
