Workspace “360production” not found

Hello Atlassian Community,

 

I can no longer access my Bitbucket workspace named [REDACTED]  

It no longer appears under "All Workspaces", and when I try to access it via the URL:

[REDACTED]

I get a "workspace not found" error.  

 

I am not sure when this workspace was deleted or removed.  

Could you please help confirm if the workspace still exists in the system, 

or if there is any way to recover it?

 

My Bitbucket account email is: [REDACTED]

Hello Ben (Bitbucket Cloud Support),

I have reviewed the article you shared regarding workspaces that have disappeared or loaded incorrectly. However, in my case, the workspace does not appear under “All Workspaces”, and when I try to access it directly via URL, the system shows “workspace not found“.

Could you please clarify: 

If the workspace has been deleted (whether intentionally or accidentally), is there any way to recover or restore the original workspace?

Or could you help confirm whether the workspace still exists in the system, or has been permanently removed?

My primary request is to recover the original workspace that has disappeared, so I can continue using it as before.
