Will upgrade of Plan impact existing Repository?

Hi Team,

We, New Clicks South Africa, want to immediately upgrade the Bitbucket plan from Free Tier to Standard Plan.

However, we need a confirmation that there would be no impact/loss of data(Repositories, Branches, Commit History, Pull Requests, etc.) after upgrading to Standard Plan.
Request you to please confirm at the earliest as we want to upgrade to Standard plan immediately.

Welcome to the community.

Nothing will change in your existing workspace and repository when you upgrade your Bitbucket workspace plan. It's a plan upgrade, so you'll be able to use the new plan features immediately after your plan upgrade.

Also, if we downgrade to Free Tier for some reason in future, would there be any impact?

Hi @Shubham 

This depends on the paid feature you've used. For example, if you have more than 5 users, downgrading to the free plan will put your workspace in read-only mode because you have exceeded the free 5-user limit until you reduce the number of users.
