I am a paying customer. System is super confusing with the atlassian set up. I tried to find my URL to allow me to send my issue to tech support, no dice.
I have a developer I need to give access to but every time I send him an invite it goes nowhere. I am 10000000% I have his email address correct. I deleted the invite and re-sent several times.
No way to get in touch with tech support.

The URL it is looking for is your workspace Id, and it should looks something like this:
bitbucket.org/workspaceid
When you log in to bitbucket that is the first part of the URL.
