Why cant we go from bitbucket to jira?

We use jira, confluence, bitbucket. When signing into jira, the top left hamburger lets us jump into bitbucket... cool

But after going into bitbucket we cant go into jira or confluence, the pages looks like we dont have an account (it asks us to "learn more" or "Free trial")

We use on demand...

I assume u mean under Bitbucket, manage acct, security, connected accounts? (if so the only thing there is google and github with no option to add something)
