Why I am getting 402

Failed with error: unable to access: The requested URL returned error: 402

Why this happens? I am added to organization and organization paid. please explain this error.

We'll need more context to help you troubleshoot this issue:

Are you trying to access Bitbucket Server or Cloud?
What are you trying to access? Are you trying to log in? Are you trying to access a repo you own? Someone else's repo?

I'd also advise changing your username for something else than your email address, for security reasons.
