Why Clojure code is not syntax highlighted?

I think Clojure code was syntax highlighted in Bitbucket years ago.

Now the syntax of Clojure files in my repositories is not highlighted.

Why?

I'm afraid that this is a bug that has been reported in our issue tracker here:

You can see in the comments the latest update, our team has been focusing on a project to add syntax highlighting to the (new) pull request experience, and we expect changes to how we highlight syntax throughout the application that could/should resolve issues like this.
