Hello @Volodymyr
First, please blur your email in those screenshots since this is a public forum!
The issue here is that the screen is asking for an email verification code, not your authenticator app code. Check your inbox and use the absolute newest code (older ones expire immediately if you hit "Resend").
If it still fails, try using an incognito window and make sure your device's clock is synchronized. If you're completely stuck, you'll need to reach out to Atlassian Account Recovery, as the Community can't bypass security settings.

I totally get the confusion here, but you're actually looking at two completely different security checks. Your first screenshot shows that your authenticator app 2FA is active, but that second screen is specifically asking for a verification code sent directly to your email inbox, not your app.
If you're typing your Google Authenticator, it's going to reject it every time. You'll need to check your email, grab newest code Atlassian sent you, and use that instead. Just keep in mind that hitting "Resend" invalidates older email codes instantly, so make sure you're using the most recent one without any spaces.

The authenticator app handles standard 2FA, while the email code is a separate identity check. Atlassian uses both as distinct verification layers.
Many systems around the world use email as an additional identity verification step, so this is not really unusual.
