Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Where is the Settings option?
If it's not available to me because of my credentials THEN it should be listed but inactive WITH a comment saying that I don't have credentials
NOT having it listed could mean anything. It could mean that it's no longer an option because of design changes and that it's located somewhere else now NOT listing something is not information it's "NO INFORMATION"
What has happened to UI Design? UI design is NOT about guessing - It's NOT about working it out eventually after using a product. CORRECT UI design is about 'intuitively' knowing IMMEDIATELY what is required of an interface BEFORE a user has even touched the system.
