When I try to log in I get a "We couldn’t log you in" error message

I've tried in every browser available to me, and in incognito mode. I've also tried disabling pop-ups and other plugins.

 

It has been a while since I used Bitbucket, so maybe my account was disabled? I'm trying to log in to get access to a new client's repositories.

I confirmed internally that your account was in an Inactive state due to a long period of no activity. I went ahead and set it to active again, so you should be able to log in as usual now.
