I'm trying to send an email to an organization user on my company domain but he doesn't receive it. I've tried inviting him to the workspace, the project and individual repositories as well but no luck.

Could you review our KBs and ask the user to turn on product invitation? Once enabled, cancel the previous invitation and then resend it again.
Troubleshoot not receiving Bitbucket workspace invitation .
