I'm getting the "We couldn’t log you in" page when attempting to sign into my account. None of the recommended steps to resolve this have worked.
This account has had a long period of inactivity, which is likely means it's been de-activated.
Would appreciate getting it re-activated.

Your Bitbucket Cloud account was indeed in a dormant state, which I believe is the reason for the error you saw.
I reactivated your account just now. Could you please try logging in when you have some time and let me know if the issue is resolved?
