Verification email not received

My was trying to create account on bitbucket and they have not received the verification mail yet.

Hello Vishad and welcome to the Community!

This issue will need to resolve through a support request. I will create the support requests on behalf of the users you have listed.

Those users should be getting an email soon from support.
