I cannot invite a new user to my Bitbucket organisation.
I went to User Groups > Add members, and i added the email to all the user groups. However the user did not receive an email.

Hi Zia, thanks for raising this problem as I also faced this several times with my users.
To resolve this problem, you need to ask user to verify these checkboxes -> Bitbucket setting page > Atlassian account settings > Email > Product Surveys and Invitation should be checked (skip survey if you want).
Then try to resend the invite and the user shall receive it.
