We have a user who is not receiving invites on our domain.
Tried with resends but no invite coming through. Invites working for some others and the user can receive emails from other sources.
Can you check if there are any blocked users on the domain

Could you review our KBs and ask the user to turn on product invitation? Once enabled, cancel the previous invitation and then resend it again.

This is because the email was added to the surpression list. I've requested help from Atlassian and they should be in touch in you within 2 business days.
