The user has been added and granted the same permissions as other users. However, the user is still unable to log in successfully. When an invitation is sent, a '404 Resource Not Found' error is displayed. And if enter email address and password the "Incorrect email address and/or password. Try again or reset your password." error message displayed.

While checking your workspace, I saw that you have a paid plan. To better help with this, it would be preferable if you created a support ticket using your paid workspace.
