User cant sign in to bitbucket

I have invited this user multiple times to bitbucket. they get the invite but when they click it they are prompted to sign up and create an account and workspace. at first we tried to avoid that but i eventually just said to create the workspace. they do so and it looks like its going to work but it redirects to a page with the following:

We couldnt log you in

you may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add ons that hide the referer header for id.atlassian.com and other atlassian sites. check for these and try logging again.

 

This user does not have any add ins. weve tried multiple browsers in and out of private browsing or incognitio. the user is not on vpn. the user has an atlassian account ad is able to use jira without an issue. any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @dweeks 

This error implies that the users Bitbucket Cloud account is de-activated (BBC account is seperate from Atlassian Account).

I've checked the current pending invitations and can't see any user accounts that are de-activated.

To troubleshoot this further - you'll need to raise a support ticket using your Premium workspace URL:

If you can't raise a ticket - please let me know your timezone so I may raise one on your behalf.
