Urgent: Request for Static/Egress IP Ranges for Automated UI Testing in Bitbucket Pipelines

Dear Bitbucket/Atlassian Support Team,

We are experiencing connectivity issues for our Selenium/Web UI automated tests running on Bitbucket Pipelines.

The initial connection and authentication request (specifically the JWT/OAuth flow used to establish a session) from our runners is being completely blocked by our external service (Salesforce) due to IP restrictions.

The specific error we are encountering is "IP Restricted" when our application attempts to retrieve the Access Token necessary to initialize the browser web session.

We understand that Bitbucket Cloud uses dynamic IP ranges, but to resolve this issue and ensure our UI tests can run reliably, we urgently request the following information:

Public Egress IP Ranges: A list of the current public Egress IP CIDR ranges used by standard Bitbucket Pipelines runners for outgoing traffic.

IP Allowlisting Solutions: Any alternative solutions (e.g., Static IP Add-ons, SmartGuard, etc.) available to guarantee that our connection requests originate from a fixed set of static IP addresses.

Our goal is to allowlist these IP ranges in our Salesforce security settings to enable the web browser session initiation process to proceed.

We appreciate your prompt assistance in providing this information so we can unblock our CI/CD process.
