Hi Atlassian Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out on behalf of our team regarding a critical issue we are currently facing with one of our workspaces. To be precise, the workspace just stopped existing at some point today.
I had created this workspace [bitbucket.org/aryan-valiance] a few months ago, and my team used this workspace for some crucial code repositories and important project data. But, around 11:30 am today, Thursday 28 December, this entire workspace had been deleted without any prior intimation on email or any other contact points. At this moment, we are unable to identify the source of this problem. Our priority is to just avoid such a mishap from occurring in the future.
Based on prior support queries, we have restored a lot of our crucial data. However, some really important work has been lost. It is imperative for us to understand how such a deletion could have occurred and, if possible, restore the workspace and its contents promptly. The affected workspace was named [bitbucket.org/aryan-valiance].
We kindly request your support in investigating this matter and providing us with any information available regarding the deletion of the workspace. If there are any logs or audit trails that can shed light on how and when this action occurred, it would greatly assist us in addressing this issue.
Moreover, if there are any steps we can take to recover the deleted workspace or its contents, please provide guidance on the necessary procedures.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this request.
Best Regards,
