We have an existing Bitbucket Premium workspace within a company-wide Enterprise Cloud Organisation. User/group management is unified for JIRA and Confluence, however Bitbucket has always been separate.
There is a roadmap item to unify the user management and this was initially completed for 'new workspaces' and last quarter was completed for 'existing workspaces', however it's not clear to me what has been done.
Is it now possible to unify the user/group management of our existing workspace?
Hey @tom
Welcome to the community!
Could you please raise a support ticket through our support portal with your request for unified user management? Our support team will then be able to review it and advise on the best way forward.

Hi @Tom Olliver and welcome to the community,
Usually, if bitbucket exists under the atlassian organisation you shoule be able to see the groups granting access to that product. Can you verify that this is case?

Thanks for the reply Alex.
For JIRA & Confluence, groups are managed at a site level through the centralised admin page, but for Bitbucket they are managed independently within Bitbucket. Determining which groups have access to JIRA & Confluence is also possible centrally, with Bitbucket again needing separate management.
Managing the groups directly in Bitbucket 'works', however it would be much preferred to have a single set of groups that can be applied to all products.
