Unable to upgrade plan from free to standard

I think Last Month I upgrade my bitbucket plan from free to standard after that I'm able to add more user's but few day's ago my user's facing error for write on repository and when i check the plan it show's it's not upgraded and even the transaction of $10 is also got back and when i try to upgrade plan i got error which is "invalid credit card details" and when I try to change card details I got error which is unable to change card details. So recently I decrease my user's but I need to update plan. So please help me to resolve this issue.
