Thank you for sharing the Video. I see that you recieve the error: Something went wrong when attempting to validate your account.

 Since yours is a Gmail account, can you try the option of Continuing with Google please ?

sorry but video desn't show login error. BTW, please ask internally to an org admin to check if your user has been granted to access bitbucket first.
