Getting the message "We couldn’t log you in" as I enter my username/password. It seems that other users have experienced the same issue when their accounts have been inactive. I'm wondering if this is the case for me as well and my account just needs to be reactivated?

Your Bitbucket Cloud account was indeed deactivated, which I believe is the reason for the error you saw.
I reactivated your account. Could you please try logging in when you have some time, and let me know if the issue is resolved?
Please keep in mind that log in to the website is possible only with email + password (not with username).
