Unable to integrate Jira Software (DC) with Gitlab through OAuth2

Dear Atlassian Team, 

I would like to integrate Jira with Gitlab using OAuth2 as the authentication method. 

After configuring the setup, the notification from Gitlab includes a non-valid redirect URI. In this documentation, I noticed that the supported Jira version is 8.14+, we currently have 8.13.13. 

Could you please confirm that our unsuccessful attempt to make this connection was due to the Jira version?
