using bitbucket server -> Manage Apps -> upload file ->
but I get unexepcted error. and App is not installed.
Exactly same as mentioned in below link.
Is it a known issue ?
Upon inspecting, the error reported is 403 status code while calling the rest-api

Please guide.
Will take it forward with Atlassian support https://support.atlassian.com/contact
I may get back to you here if needed.
Thank you so much for your reponse.
The second one us logged in several cases, I think.
The first one is just an information, that Crowd SSO is not enabled.
I don't know the last one.
I think it will be best to raise an issue with Atlassian support here:
https://support.atlassian.com/contact and create a support zip and add that to the issue, so they have the complete log.

Hi @Manjiri Ambulkar ,
You can find the logs on the server where bitbucket is running, in the home directory/log. Most interesting is the atlassian-bitbucket.log file.
The messagr you see is shown in a lot of cases, you need to check the log for more information. Otherwise it is impossible to see whats the root cause.

Its just keeps whirling exactly as mentioned in
Is this related to liscense or policy rules related to third party installations?
