Unable to give access to a new users

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I am using the free plan on Bitbucket which allows only 5 users. I removed one user and sent an invitation to the new user but they are still unable to access it.

Hey @Aditya Kolluru 

Welcome to the community.

You can navigate to the workspace settings > User directory to see how many users are in your workspace. If it's more than 5 users, then you won't be able to add more and will need to remove a user to free up slots for the next user you want to invite.
