Unable to delete first bitbucket-pipelines.yml Pipeline and unable to create new pipeline

Hi,

In my bitbucket repository I am unable to edit/modify or delete my first pipeline (using bitbucket-pipelines.yml).

Moreover there is not any option displaying to create new pipeline.

Could you please confirm if you can edit other files under this repository? Is this happening to other users as well? Do you receive any errors when you try to edit it?
