Unable to clone since linking Bitbucket and Atlassian

I am not able to clone from bitbucket since I have linked my bitbucket account to Atlassian account.

I generally sign in using google login, but I have tested that I can log in using my email and Atlassian password just fine.

In source tree I have a remote account setup, I used my Atlassian password to attached it.   It retrieves all the repos. I get this message when I try to clone:

Command: git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false ls-remote https://CompleteCoders@bitbucket.org/CompleteCoders/smartstorevdp.git
Output:
Error: remote: Invalid username or password. If you log in via a third party service you must ensure you have an account password set in your account profile.
fatal: Authentication failed for 'https://CompleteCoders@bitbucket.org/CompleteCoders/smartstorevdp.git/'

I would recommend you to use this beta version which has easy options to enable debug and auth logging. Once you download, please enable debug menu in advanced section of preferences and from the new Debug Manu menu which comes up, enable auth logging and set Log level to Error.
