Can you attempt to perform a clone locally (not in VSCode) and let me know if you receive the same error message?

If you do - I'd suggest whitelisting our IP addresses, as the message implies you are unable to connect, and we recently changed our IP ranges:

• https://bitbucket.org/blog/new-ip-addresses-for-bitbucket-cloud
