Unable to Log In

I'm unable to get into my personal workspace and accept an invite from a new organization. When I login, I am prompted to enter my auth code for 2FA and then get the following message. I can access JIRA and Confluence for the desired workspace, but not Bitbucket for some reason. Can someone please help me?

Hi @Jared Bowns 

Your account was in a dormant state as it hadn't been logged into for quite a long time. Your account has now been unlocked so you should be able to log back in again.
